It has the classic set-up of a ZB-2, Dual zone chokable crash, a ZBR, Dual zone ride with bell and the popular ZB14HH with Controller.
All necessary cables also ship with this package and two Aquarian Cymbal Springs.
These trigger cymbals feature a quiet playing surface, excellent tracking, and superior dynamics.
Authentic acoustic looks and feel with cutting-edge electronic response! The ZB14HH plays just like an acoustic hi-hat. Mounts on standard hi-hat stand, and they all have a completely rubber-coated playing surface to reduce stick noise. ZBs work great with all popular supporting trigger modules. *Due to the increased rigidity of these cymbals, they are prone to break if subjected to heavy hitters. Heavy hitters should invest in the unbreakable VisuLite line.
** We have recently discovered that this controller will not work on the Yamaha DTXpress IV module as is. It requires a modification by us here at the factory to function and then it is still tricky to configure. If you have that module you need to contact us directly for your order so that we can make the appropriate modification. However, be aware that Yamaha changed something between the Express III and Express IV that caused this to be incompatible. Not being sure what that is we haven't been able to make the controller work as well as it does on the other Yamaha modules.
